Project Overview
For Teeshub, a brand focused on personalised clothing and on-demand printing for individual and small business customers, the retail environment typically combines product display with interactive service functions. In this type of custom apparel store, common challenges include balancing space utilisation between display and production zones, maintaining clear display logic for both ready-made and customisable items, and ensuring fixtures remain durable while supporting frequent operational adjustments.
The project therefore began with design engineering to structure a dual-purpose layout, introducing a modular structure that separates customer-facing areas from backend processes while improving overall traffic flow. Shop drawings development then translated these spatial strategies into practical construction details, ensuring that storage systems for blanks, materials, and tools were efficiently integrated without disrupting the retail presentation. Particular attention was given to material and structural consistency, especially in areas where customer interaction and production activities overlap.
Through controlled shopfitting manufacturing, followed by systematic QC and inspection, the final delivery achieved reliable build quality and operational clarity. The result is a retail environment with improved space utilisation, more intuitive customer movement, and enhanced durability, supporting both efficient service behaviour and a cohesive brand experience.
